During each 60-minute class, Carrie will guide you through breathing exercises and yoga shapes that are made accessible for all different bodies. Find the courage within yourself, bring balance into your life, and get stronger and healthier inside and out. These classes are offered through Fitness in the Parks.
Root to Rise: A Fall Yoga Experience

As autumn settles in, nature invites us to slow down, let go, and reconnect with what grounds us. Join Carrie Your Yogi for a seasonal yoga practice that helps you root deeply and rise intentionally—body, mind, and spirit.
