Winter is nature’s invitation to turn inward, rest deeply, and reconnect with what truly sustains us. Join Carrie Your Yogi for a nourishing yoga experience that honors the stillness and quiet wisdom of the season.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Yoga + Mindful Winter Hike
    📍 Brickyard Hiking Trail, Mendota Heights / Lilydale Regional Park

    What do Minnesnowtans call yoga in the winter? SNOWGA!
    And a mindful hike? A SAUNTER.

    This pop-up experience is for the adventurous, hardy folks who feel alive in the winter air. Join us for a refreshing blend of movement, mindfulness, and nature as we embrace the beauty of snow-covered trails.

    We’ll begin by hiking down the Brickyard Trail into Lilydale Regional Park, then move through a warming, toning yoga sequence right in the snow. From there, we’ll saunter—a slow, meditative hike—back up the Mississippi River bluffs in shared silence, tuning in to what’s arising within us and all around us.

    Carrie will guide you through this 90-minute journey designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with winter’s quiet magic.

    What to Wear:
    Dress for the weather in warm layers you can comfortably move in. No yoga mat needed—the earth (and snow!) has us covered.

    Weather Policy:
    This event will not take place if temperatures drop below 10°F and/or there is a negative windchill.

  • Gather at Grey Duck is a weekly community yoga offering held at Grey Duck Salon, in a beautifully restored brick storefront on Selby Avenue in St. Paul. One evening a week, the salon space is cleared and transformed into a cozy, intimate place to move, breathe, and reconnect—together.

    With space for about 12 yogis, these classes are intentionally small, creating room for presence, connection, and a more personal practice. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, all within a welcoming neighborhood setting.
