Daily meditation is one of the best tools we have to bring awareness to the body. Our body stores important information which includes our accumulated stress, and ALL our experiences, both positive and negative. Sitting in meditation with our bodies; the sensations, the feelings, we can take care of ourselves. A large body of research has established that having a regular meditation practice produces tangible benefits for mental and physical health.
