An outdoor social distanced yoga practice! Every Wednesday in August-October. 
The majestic oak tree where we practice provides shade above us and deep roots below us. Bring  your own mat, or I have some cleaned/sanitized mats on hand.  We will  place our mats 6 feel apart.  We have 2-3 yards in which to have plenty  of level space to do yoga postures in. 
This  will be an hour class that focuses on breathing, strong postures and  restorative shapes.  All levels of yogis welcome! Bring a friend. Stay afterwards for social time.  
Have a refreshing snack and/ or chat with the awesome people that show up weekly!
