Wednesday: 6:00 - 7:00 AM, Hatha Fusion

YogaFresh, Woodbury
This hatha-based practice blends asana (posture) with pranyama (breathing techniques) and meditation to fine tune elements of your practice by exploring beginner - intermediate postures in a safe and sustainable way. This class begins to explore the connections between yoga postures and yoga philosophy, to broaden your appreciation and understanding of yoga.This class is practiced in a slightly heated room (80 degrees) and all levels are welcome.

Thursday: 7:00 - 8:00 PM, Yin Meditation

This class begins with 30-40 minutes of Yin Yoga postures and ends with a guided Meditation.

Yin is the perfect compliment to your more active and energizing or flowing (Yang) practices. Yin yoga will relax your body to help release the connective tissues to create a counter balance with long, passive holds to work into the deeper connective tissues of the body.

Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, help to lower blood pressure, increase beneficial sleep patterns, and expand a deeper connection with oneself and others. Whether you have been meditating for years or are brand new to meditation, this weekly group provides you a place to practice in a supportive environment and community.

Friday: 5:45 - 6:45 AM, Gentle Flow Yoga

YWCA, St. Paul
Gentle Yoga is great for all ages and activity levels. This type of yoga is built to move your body in a gentle, more comfortable way. Generally holding poses for longer periods of time while providing modifications to more common yoga poses.

Sunday: 9:00 - 9:45AM, Unplugged Meditation

Meditation has been proven to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, help to lower blood pressure, increase beneficial sleep patterns, and expand a deeper connection with oneself and others. Whether you have been meditating for years or are brand new to meditation, this weekly group provides you a place to practice in a supportive environment and community.

Our Sunday meditation will focus on two types of practice, zazen (Zen Buddhist sitting meditation) and kinhin (slow walking meditation). Brief instruction will be given at the beginning of each class. This class is less instructional and focused on continued practice and providing a supportive meditation community.

Every First Friday of the Month 7:00 - 8:30 PM, Rainbow Yoga

Holistic Gateway
Rainbow Yoga is about connection. It includes supportive touch (group and partner poses, games, massage and dance) to help us work together to create shapes with our bodies.

Please be aware that you will be physically interacting in an intentional, guided way with your fellow yogis. Prepare to connect in new ways!

Every Third Friday of the Month (Starting Sept 20th): Rainbow Family Yoga

Smile and laugh while doing challenging yoga shapes with your child[ren]! Rainbow Yoga is about connection and play! Playful adults are more energetic, creative and spontaneous and are able to handle the stressors in their lives with more ease. In our yogic circle we flow, touch, hug, massage, breathe and co-create together. Rainbow Yoga is life changing!
